    32 minutes    		  Xiaoyu Anaerobic Exercise and Near Blackout in Escape Challenge - Xiaoyu-senpai wants to try anaerobic exercise because she’s into fitness. After wearing a breathplay hood with no breathing hole, she did a plank plus rest without taking off the hood, and repeated this for two more times. The set time for each group increased gradually. In the last round, the timer for rest was wrongly set as counting up instead of counting down. Poor Xiaoyu was waiting for the alarm beep when the countdown ends, which will never happen. When I discovered that error, Xiaoyu had already collapsed on the ground, her lips turned purple, and she was twitching slightly… Next was a set of squats for more than two minutes. Although panting heavily, Xiaoyu still finished it successfully. Before the next exercise, she needed a good rest, so I cuffed her hands to her same-side ankles, and tied a collar around her neck over the hood, so that she can’t take the hood off by herself. There were three rounds of rest, and the set time increased from 2 minutes to 3.5 minutes.
